I really have no words for how cute these are!! Skip to my Lou did amazing with these Rainbow Cupcakes. A bright and beautiful way to finish off the St. Patrick's Day. She even gives a good hint that you can ask your baker to frost the cupcakes in blue giving you a head start on the decorating. LOVE LOVE LOVE!
